Watermark Solutions Limited is a wholly owned and operated Canadian company, formed in 2009 by partners Colin Powell and Mark Bolton. Together they have over 20 years of experience in the water industry. Together, Mark and Colin are highly motivated professionals, who are driven by a common goal, to provide water distribution systems with a flexible and cost effective water loss management team.
Our technicians are highly experienced in many methods of resource loss mitigation, including system wide leak detection surveys, flow and pressure monitoring and data collection.
Our customers include large municipalities, small drinking water systems, Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional facilities, and engineering firms, among many others. Our commitment to the task at hand, and the results that we have consistently produced, has garnered a high level of customer satisfaction. Watermark is actively involved in conducting ongoing leak detection and fire flow programs for municipalities across Canada.

Colin brings over 20 years of professional experience to each project, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Colin excels at identifying needs and providing solutions, in a timely and cost-effective manner, no matter how simple or complex each project may be.
Mark Bolton
Mark is a seasoned professional with decades of water loss management service experience. Mark gained significant knowledge of advanced leak detection techniques while working across the United Kingdom for major water utilities, and now shares his knowledge with the Canadian water industry.
